I genuinely don't know how I got a good bottle of this. I bought mine from Sephora and was just waiting to have to send it back. I really wanted to try this for barrier repair with retinoids. Somehow, I got a good tube and it's been a lovely addition to my nighttime routine! I don't know how people wear this during the day because it's basically a white paste that's super shiny and a little greasy until it settles into my skin. But it's great for overnight recovery!

      Great moisturizer

      I got this about 2 weeks ago. Very thick and moisturizing. I have facial redness and this calms it noticeably. Nothing else I've used ever did this. I'm sorry to see that other customers received Cicalfate that had separated into a watery phase and a thick portion. My tube was fine. I have heard that temperature is the key. If it's sitting at cold temperatures during shipping or storage it separates. Might be a good idea to order during warmer seasons. I got this about 2 weeks ago. Very thick and moisturizing.       Started using Cicalfate when was having radiation train my breasts. I actually used 3 Avene products and my skin was really good throughout all the treatments.
